It was good up until Level 16

I was really enjoying this game. Its been awhile since Ive stayed up late at night playing a game on my phone or iPad. I like the graphics, the content, the whole premise except after I got to Level 16, all of a sudden the cotton and bamboo crops that I waited on, never makes it to the Windmill storage. Its not user error either since Ive been harvesting the cotton and bamboo since Day 1. It seems like this has been a pretty common issue for awhile now based on community blogs. I dont see any resolution in sight. Also, it takes so long to get the resource you need to expand the storage. Its fine though since I just had to manage my crops and items. But the issue with disappearing items that are supposed to go in storage is not acceptable. I will likely discontinue playing this game...unfortunately.
