we absolutely love this game. We can play all day

No axes, no tools. I have over 30 dead trees, as many bushes, takes forever to get more storage. I loved this game, I cant afford your prices. I keep getting pulled back to the game but now I dont visit it often anymore. Giving up on this game...too frustrating, enough frustrations in life already dont need any from a game.

I dont know how many times Ive deleted then reinstalled this app but it loads all the way to "Drying sails..." then shuts down. Have emailed support, tried all their troubleshooting tips and still doing this.

This game is bugged since i started playing. Im stuck at the beginning I spent money to debug and still doesnt work. No help from the developer. No solution in the forum. Dont spend money on this app. They dont care they dont answer.

Honestly without other lands and space or levels the game is becoming boring...

Let me start off by its not the most amazing game ever. Like any freemium game with in-app-purchases, it is made so that you are tempted to buy things with real money. I would much rather pay $8.99 up front than have sneaky IAPs. Anyway, I have played this game for a few hours with no in-all-purchases and am currently in level 11. Heres a pro/con list to make things easier: Pros: -Cute, great graphics. It truly looks like paradise. The water shimmers when you move it, the animations of when youre making things is a nice touch and I like that you drag the scythe to grab things you harvest instead of tapping on them--makes things slightly interactive -Characters give it a story a progression; gives you something to do and meeting new characters is cool. Also it gives the illusion that youre really making the island better -There are things you can customize such as the placement of certain objects, rotating said objects and your name etc -I like that you can sell your supplies to others online for more coins, it goes you a chance to make more gold Cons: -Buildings and materials take a long time to make in real time; you either lose interest in the app with waiting or use your hard earned purple diamonds or just grin and bear it -Slow progression after a certain level. It is already taking a while to get to level 12, I can only imagine how long it will take to get farther ahead in the (near?) future -Hard to earn purple diamonds without buying them with real money; you do earn a little completing trades and leveling up or so but not much--only a few at a time -Not much interaction in the game after initial fun beginning; other than waiting to get more supplies, completing trades, selling off things, harvesting and waiting to unlock land/objects--but wait you need to be a certain level to unlock them!

I really like this game. It keeps me interested in coming back!

First, let me say that the game is fun and cute. Now, their support for the game is disrespectful, youre liable to wait indefinitely forever if something goes wrong. For example, I earned the achievement chameleon, upon tapping, instead of showing up on my island it just disappeared. Im still waiting for them to give me the chameleon. You also cant use your Facebook credit for in-app purchases !!!

CANT DELLETE, CANT OPEN, CANT DO ANYTHING. HAVE TO ONLY GIVE ONE STAR SO THERE. I WANT THIS GAME OFF MY PHONE BUT I CANT!!!!!

Really cute addictive game but items disappear when harvested. First time Ive seen this happen in a harvesting game, and since that depletes the purpose of the game entirely, Ill be playing something else!

Ive downloaded this game at least twice and whenever I try to open it it says connection error or unable to download I dont understand why. Please help!

It is a great game, it truly is. I have one problem though, and that problem is that a lot of the features in this game ripped off Hay Day, which made it less fun. Not only that, but the waiting times are ridiculous in this game. Other than that, it is fun.

This game is super fun and I feel Its really fun I used to play this on my moms iPad until i got my own. I was on level 20 or something. Then I got it on my own iPad got to level 10 and decided it would take too long to get where I was on my moms iPad so I deleted it. A few months later I redownloaded it and it picked up where I left off!!! I loved it so much and cant wait to get to where I was ay first!! This game is awsome and I think everyone should have it!!!☀️☀️☀️☀️

I was really enjoying this game. Its been awhile since Ive stayed up late at night playing a game on my phone or iPad. I like the graphics, the content, the whole premise except after I got to Level 16, all of a sudden the cotton and bamboo crops that I waited on, never makes it to the Windmill storage. Its not user error either since Ive been harvesting the cotton and bamboo since Day 1. It seems like this has been a pretty common issue for awhile now based on community blogs. I dont see any resolution in sight. Also, it takes so long to get the resource you need to expand the storage. Its fine though since I just had to manage my crops and items. But the issue with disappearing items that are supposed to go in storage is not acceptable. I will likely discontinue playing this game...unfortunately.

When you changed it for us to get tickets to upgrade our animals. We no longer get any rubies, sapphires, bars or any other gems from the animals or chances to get them with the ships. They are also a great resource to trade for tickets. Please allow us to get them please. The animals arent worth feeding or acquiring, working for if theres no benefit except coin and exp.
